NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION FORECLOSURE SALE: RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATION: 818 Riverside Drive Orange, CT 06477 Pursuant to a judgment of the Superior Court for the Judicial District of Ansonia/Milford at Milford in DANIELLE M. AUSTIN vs. GARY S. RIMLER et al., Docket Number CV07-5003192 S, the above-identified proeprty will be sold, subject to Coiurt approval, at public auction on Saturday, March 15, 2008, at 12:00 a.m. on the premises. The property will be sold as a whole, "as is", without representation of any kind, free and clear of the interests of the parties bound by said judgment, but subject to taxes and such liens and encumbrances not foreclosed by said judgment and subject to all laws, ordinances or governmental res- trictions and subject to easements and restrictions app- earing of record, if any. The successful bidder shall deposit with the Committee, at the time of the sale, a cer tified check or bank check in the amount of Forty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($40,000.00), the balance of the purchase price to be paid not later than thirty (30) days from the approval of said sale by the Court, or upon passing of the deed, whichever shall first occur. If purchaser is unable to complete the sale within said thirty-day (30) period, the deposit shall be forfeited.
