NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION FORECLOSURE SALE March 15, 2008 12:00 NOON 42 Corona Drive, Milford, Connecticut 06460 Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure by Sale entered on December 17, 2007, by the Court in the case of Centex Home Equity vs. Scot W. Ellan, et al (ANN-CV-06-5001627-s), the undersigned Committee will sell "AS IS" the premises known as 42 Corona Drive,Milford,Connecticut at public auction to be conducted on March 15, 2008 at 12:00 noon unless sooner redeemed, on the premises. Any and all taxes due to the City of Milford not foreclosed by the Plaintiff's Complaint, together with any accrued interest and lien fees and assessments, if any; 2.
