| NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION FORECLOSURE SALE: RESIDENTIAL LOCATION: 141 Concord Drive, Madison, Connecticut Pursuant to a judgment of the Superior Court, for the Judicial District of New Haven at New Haven in Chase Home Finance LLC, successor to merger with Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation vs. Jeffrey Kravet et al, Docket No. CV07-5015222S, the property named above will be sold, subject to Court approval, at public auction on Saturday, March 29, 2008, at 11:00am on the premises. The successful bidder shall deposit with the Committee, at the time of the sale, a certified check or bank check in the amount of FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($54,000.00). The balance of the proceeds is to be paid no later than thirty (30) days from the approval of the sale by the Court. If the purchaser is unable to complete the sale within the thirty (30) day period, the deposit shall be forfeited.
